Notes: This was pretty good despite being such a simple recipe.
Changes for next time - add more hops at middle and end to increase the tropical flavour profile that Galaxy delivers.
Body of beer was perfect, lovely crisp clear golden ale with a good head from oats and barley added. |

Notes: Full tub of lemongrass (sainsburys) added to the boil about 10 minutes in.
2 tins of sainsburys apricot halves pureed then brought to 75 degrees to sterilize. Then cooled down and added to primary.
OG: 1.060
30/11/17: FG: 1.010, 6.5% as far.

First try on 19/12/17: Proper class. Long lasting white head but needs to carb up longer. Amazing flavour. |
