It is everything an IPA should be and more. It costs a little more, but it is worth it. Tastes better than some of the major craft beers... This is a great beer if you like something between an IPA or double IPA style. It is fresh, citrusy, crisp and fully hopped. This recipe did not taste too strong either, but at 7% it is definitely an IPA but perhaps just shy of some double IPAs. Give this recipe a try... well worth it.

Taste after conditioning: I was very happy with this one. Candy and dank hops in the nose. Lovely mouth feel. Mostly citrus with slight stone fruit flavor. Bitterness rises on the finish. I'll be sad when this one's gone!
