Notes: I have found that stabilizing the mead after the primary and then adding the blueberry actually produces the best blueberry taste in this mead. You are able to preserve the sugars in the blueberries (because the yeast don't eat them) after it’s been stabilized.

Time for blueberries to age on the mead: About 4 weeks.
