Break all spices loosely in mortar
Separate in half
Add half spice mixture at 5 min from end of boil
Steep other half in muslin bag for last 2 days of primary
Post Bottling Taste - 12/1/24
- Generally well balanced spice mixture and not too intense.
- Would consider less cardamom for future batches. Possibly eliminate the green or black cardamom altogether. |
