Notes: Brewed on 4/1/17.
Was running out of time so the "whirlpool" was really just adding them all at flameout and keeping them in the keggle (in hop spider) while chilling. Probably had about 15 minutes of contact time in total from temp of 210 down to 190 or so in the keggle itself.
Chinook at bittering was really 10ml of Hopshot - said to give 10 IBU's per ml (?).....actually is a combo of various hop oils/resin (ie cascade, chinook, centennial, etc...).
4/6 - added 6oz dry hop (2 Citra, 2 Simcoe, 2 El Dorado)
4/9 - gravity at 1.016...mostly done...moved to keg (removed dry hops)

Notes:
Mash grains at 156° F (69° C) for 90 minutes. Mash out at 168° F (76° C) for 15 minutes. After fermentation, keg and carbonate at 20 lbs for three days. Cut back pressure to 8 lbs and let age in keg for two weeks.
Primary fermentation for 2 weeks at 67° F (19° C).
Secondary fermentation for 1 week at 67° F (19° C).
Forced CO2 to carbonate.
