Notes: The boiling addition was a 10ml centennial hopshot. The volume in this Brewers Friend recipe is based on what 90 an IBU (for 5 gallons) would be. Expecting 40-50% of the ISO alphas to drop out (based on Revolution Head Brewer's talk at our local homebrew meeting).
