Notes: Formerly known as "Hoppy Session Wheat" this is a variation of the recipe here from HBT by "Braufessor": https://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/hoppy-session-wheat-beer.644047/
The main difference is that this recipe uses WLP351 Bavarian Yeast so there is a hefeweizen clove/banana hint along with a fresh dry hop aroma. Its a fusion of hefe yeast with NEIPA dry hopping.
If you love Franziskaner but wished they dry hopped it, this is the recipe for you. |
