Flavors of white grapes, pear, melon, lemon, and pinot Grigio. Grigio is pretty dominant.
Smooth bitterness.
This could have been a bit sweeter. A little more carapils or possibly lactose. |

Notes: 1. Roast habaneros in oven until soft, chop finely.
2. Bring 3 litres of water to a boil. Add the water to the fermentor.
3. Add a pinch of Irish moss, as well as the habaneros and fermentables. Stir well.
