Try +2 or 3 degrees next time. Boil was stopped early as brix indicated high OG. however later brix was lower..... too late as hops and protofloc added . Cooling took 1:10hr Whirlpool fitting only just covered. need to brew for 25L FV in future. Take out FB before boil.... Chiller is too tall for 56L vessel. sticks out. needs to be wider and lower.....
