| Notes: I like to ramp the fermentation from 65 deg to 75 deg over the course of 4-5 days. I add 3 lbs of organic frozen mangoes (thawed) to the fermentor as primary fermentation begins to slow. Notes: I was going to name this Dusty's Brown Ale, but.... I just found out I'm going to be a dad! I can't wait to rebrew this with my kid in 21 years!
Based on Janet's Brown Ale
I replaced some of the 2-row with brown sugar in order to thin it out and give a little bit of an alcohol bit. Removed some of the chocolate malt to reduce the roasty flavor. Replaced Northern Brewer hops with Chinook because I have a lot of Chinook in stock.
