To solve this, next time make a vodka tincture with the same amounts as was added at flameout. Add and taste as you go.
Use Willamette hops next time instead of NB
Only use 0.5 lbs of Honey malt; or maybe scrap Honey malt and use 0.5 lbs C20 or some other caramel malt. |
