| Notes: Put the beer into the second container after primary fermentation. Add raspberries together with Brettanomyces yeasts and let them stand for 2 months at room temperature. We spin into a cuvette or keggle and saturate CO2. After bottling we let mature at least 3, preferably 6 months and more. |

| Notes: throwing some delicious nelson sauvin in to see if it changes CitrilloTY much. adjusted strength with sugars due to unusually low yield. Normally around 70%. All 70 minute hops added as first wort. extended boil due to windy conditions and less than normal evaporation. Should be 60 min boil, and should be 1075 OG without cane sugar addition. |
