Perhaps drop back Saaz additions to moderate hop flavour.
Wonderful beer. High Clarity - perhaps cut back on Saaz hops in dry hop addition.
The Bush Curlew is a ground dwelling, noctournal, bird very common in Taylors Beach. It has blonde streaks through its head plumage. Its shrieks and cries at night are blood curdling. |

Notes: Did not mean to mash so high. Should have been 65C.
In prymarny for 2.5 weeks.
Bitterness should be higher to my liking. Subtle aroma but quite evident.
Beautiful dark amber, clear. Chill haze though.
Malty, clean flavour. No discernable esters. A bit phenolic although fading with time. Water feels softer than anticipated which makes drinking this beer easier (not cloying as I feared).
Carbonatin on the low side but appropriate. White head which doesn't persist for long.
