Notes: Efficiency was low due to high % of Rye: 68% as opposed to 80% at start of boil, corrected with boil off.
Underpitched both yeasts by an estimated 10% as per Dad's Yeast Calculator. Aerated for 20 secs.
Pitched at 19*C, positioned in uncontrolled room with ambient temperature of 22*C.

Ambient temp has increased to 25*C in loft, Dupont fermenter moved to hot water cupboard (28*C).

02/07/19 -Wallonian Farmhouse & Dupont: 1.003 (6.4%)

Notes: A quick and dirty(QAD) extract recipe.
Start with 6-9L water and bring to the boil. Dissolve the first batch of extract, top off to 11L and bring back to boiling. Add the hops as per the schedule. 15 minutes before knock-out add the rest of the extract.
Chill to under 40C, add to fermenter and top up to 21L. Pitch yeast when under 30C.
Substitute hops as desired(hops listed were from what I have lying around).
