O amargor poderia ser um pouco maior (12 IBU), mas não está fora do estilo. Realmente a levedura wb-06 traz uma acidez para a cerveja, as rampas de temperatura utilizadas na mostura e a o uso do fermento já ativado não contornaram completamente essa acidez. No meu paladar nota 7 em 10.
