| Notes: Fermented out in 48 hours! This was done with washed Hornindal Kveik yeast. This is the second time I've used this. I made a starter, brewed up the batch and pitched. Took off in an hour and went absolutely nuts for 24 hours the slowed way down. Kept the ferm temp at 85 to 90 degrees. Smells pretty juicy. |
