Mash 152* for 45min before passing iodine test
Boiled 1hr before first hop addition to boil off excess water in-order to hit 5.5gal in the fermener
Pitched directly on top of trub from recently kegged Jamil Pilsner
Bubbled furiously within 4hrs, Temp stayed around 72* first 24hrs from such a vigorous start off
Next morning the blow off tube and overflow bottle were full of sediment. By 24hrs, temp was 55.4*.
