| Notes: OG is 1.074. Mash PH 5.7 had only added 75% of Lactic acid at initial mash. PB PH 5.4 after adding remaining 1.2ml of LA to mash. Starting volume was 8.0 gals. PB Volume was 7.1. PB Gravity was 1.061. (Note: Glass Hydrometer shows solid 1.074OG while Tilt is showing 1.063....use tilt for progress only...not actual FG). Had set this recipe at 65% efficiency give recent past brews....double milled grain for BIAB. Mash temp at start was 152 and ended at about 149. Recipe efficiency now set at 75% given actual results. |
