Notes: If you like rye beer you need to MAKE THIS BEER! No after tastes, clear and sparkling. Either you like roggenbier or you don't. If you do this is red-ish brown in color, very light body, nice thin persistent head, spicy and prominent rye taste. Even bottles a year later taste great.
Mecca Rimrock malt definitely adds something that other rye malts do not. |

Notes: NOT an iteration of NEIPA #5, which was really good. Shop is out of certain ingredients so I'm making a few substitutions here (maris otter over golden promise, regular wheat over white wheat, and swapping the proportions of oats and wheat). Also tried to step up the ABV on this one.
