Brewing since 2008. My setup uses a 3 keggle propane system. I built a brewery in our walkout that I love to use and entertain with. Never enough time to brew all I want to.
I do about 50% Belgian style beers but will brew just about anything. I try to brew for seasonal experience but sometimes you want a light beer in the winter and a dark beer in the summer.
