Home brewing since 2008. Now brewing professionally at Witches Hat Brewing Company in South Lyon Michigan.
I do about 50% Belgian style beers but will brew just about anything. I try to brew for seasonal experience but sometimes you want a light beer in the winter and a dark beer in the summer.
