I'm just letting it ferment in my garage without all the usual temp control and monitoring this time and I'll see what happens. Not sure how to enter in all the juices that I chucked in the fermentor into the recipe so check the photo for what juice I used. WLP644 - I wanted to use it up, not sure how it will go but hopefully some nice tropical flavours Nelson Hops - I thought that the "white wine" flavours might go well with a cider Bourbon Oak Cubes - I've heard good things about "barrel aged" ciders It will probably end up quite dry so I'll probably back sweeten with something. I'll see.
