Notes

Subbed out Galaxy for Vic Secret the first time and will continue to do so on future brews. Heavy pineapple aroma and taste from the vic secrets.

First dry hop goes in at high krausen. Usually 1-2 days after pitching yeast.

Second dry hop in at day 10 in primary.

Cold crash and no gelatin.
