More information can be found at berusbrewery.com Pliny the Elder 4.0. The Author Scott explains how he came across this recipe and his perception of it. I made this with minor tweaks. I used magnum hops for bitterness. and scaled back the hop additions 1 oz at 0 minutes. I added 30 pounds of 2 row and 10oz of sugar cane for easy math. I am going to brew this version soon I will post my version as Pliny the Elder 4.1 and gallons.
