The Idaho 7 is pretty heavy-handed and completely overwhelmed the Mandarina. Think cutting the amount somewhat and adding a second hop in the dry-hop would balance the beer more. Dry-hop amount is for 5bbl.

First time using water directly from my Hose and prefer this to using poland spring bottles as i had been (cost perspective as well as taste) Notes for future batch: use secondary after 1 week.
