Mesk i 60 min på 67°C og 5 min på 78°C.
Kokes i 75 min. Jeg bruker også Fermcap som jeg tilsetter når koken begynner for å forhindre at det koker over.
Humle/tilsetninger:
-70g Magnum (34 IBU) – 60min
-1stk Whirlfloc-tablett – 10min
-2ts Gjærnæring – 10min
-0.5kg Brun farinsukker* – 10min

*tapp av litt vørter i en kjele, rør inn sukkeret og hell oppi kokekaret igjen. Da slipper du at sukkeret brenner seg i bunnen når du tilsetter det.
Kjøl ned til rundt 20°C etter kok. Tapp over i gjæringskar igjennom en desinfisert sil for å tilføre mer oksygen, samt forhindre humlerester i å bli med over i gjæringskaret.

Gjæres på 19°C i 3 dager, 20°C i 5 dager og 21°C i 6 dager.
Cold crash 2-4 dager før flasking/kegging. Hvis du flasker så bruk 6g pr liter øl til karbonering. |

Notes: Disolve honey in hot water. Top up until we are close to the desired volume. Add nutrients as prescribed by the manifacturer.
Let cool and add 2# / gal of blueberries for primary. Add yeast, of course.
Forget about it for a 2-3 months. Transfert to secondary, Toss the blueberries.
Add 2# / gal of blueberries for secondary. Let it ride for a few months. Remove the blueberries for aging of bottle when ready.
