The hop schedule if for the Blonde.
Once the boil is over I will cut the heat and get 5+ gallons on s-05;
After that 5 gallon transfer, I will steep 2 oz of Idaho 7
i will dry hop with 1 oz Idaho 7 and 2 oz citra
start with 16 gallon distilled
mash in 151
pulled 5 gallons then did a hop stand as indicated
sg 1.055
pitched the rest on New England ale yeast. During fermentation I cold crased and got a ton of suck back so no dry hops

| Notes: At bottling, I experimented with a couple of bottles and added 20mL of coffee with a proportion of 1:20 (coffee beans:water). Really shined the coffee flavours and was pretty tasty, but the profile of the beer practically dissapeared. Try with less coffee if you want a more balanced coffee stout. |

YEAST
Imperial Organic Yeast A30 Corporate (by request - https://www.imperialyeast.com/contact/), Siebel BRY96, or Safale 05
Mash for 60 minutes at 154°F (68°C). Boil for 75 minutes. Chill to 65°F (18°C) and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 68°F (20°C) until final gravity is reached.
For the cold-brew addition, combine 4 oz (113 g) of medium-roast coffee (medium-coarse ground) with 32 fl oz (946 ml) of filtered water at room temperature for 48 hours. Strain the brewed coffee into the beer post-fermentation, during conditioning. |
