| Notes: I pureed six fresh peaches and two cans of peaches in pear juice (after draining the juice) in a food processor (28.75 ounces) and added it after I turned off the heat. Stirred it for a good 15 minutes, then cooled and put into the fermenter before pitching the yeast. |

First dry hop (cascade) at 24 hours after pitching. Second dry hop (cascade, amarillo, and simcoe) 4 days after pitching.
Finished product notes:
Tasty session pale, finished on the dry end. Definitely not quite the juicy/full/sweeter mouthfeel of the Trillium/Treehouse style NEIPA, which I suspect requires a much larger (non-session) grain bill. London Fog may have contributed to the dry finish. |
