| Notes: Not sure why brew house efficiency was so low. I'm usually around 70%. Was aiming for 5.5 gallons, but ended up with 5, with a slightly lower OG than anticipated. Just bottled yesterday (4/4/20) and it tasted delicious! Excited for final product. |
