Pressure ferment at 18 degrees 10psi until fermentation complete,
+1 deg per day to 22 deg C, hold for 3 days then cold crash and lager for 1 week before serving.
Roughly 23L into 26L corny keg with 2L false bottom (short tube) leaves 21L of my favorite brew. |
