Add 12oz Cherry Juice Concentrate at 4 days.
Condition in secondary at 40 °F (4 °C) for 1-2 weeks. |

2.Dump all yeast and hop matter until you get beer, then dry hop with rest of hops.

4. Wait 1 or 2 days after dry hopping and crash tank |

Notes: This was the base recipe brewed by John Palmer and Beau Schiner when they held a brew day at Austmann brewery.
They used Magnum for bittering and Citra, Amarillo and Cascade for flameout
The 30 who attended took home 20 liters of wort to add a choice of yeast and dry hop with which ever hop they chose.
I dry hopped with 100g Citra, 100g Mandarina Bavaria and 100g El Dorado |
