Will spilt dry hop into 2 additions.
The first one will be into nylon bags on day 5.
The second one was added loose to the fermenter on day 8.
Will remove the first dry hop before adding a second one.
May use Lupo Max for Mosiac and Citra second dry hop.
Decreased hop load as this seems to be a waste of hops. |

| Notes: BG as sparged was 1.056 then boiled down to target at 1.066. Cooked, hopped, finished and cooled and then began fermentation on 21st Feb. Siphon to secondary 2/27, gravity at 1.022, plan on kegging March 6 or 7th. |
