| Notes: I wanted to put Nelson Sauvin together with Huell Melon....two very chill and melon/cucumber flavor hops to try to expand my "Dom Brettignon" experiment and style. Light body yellow color and real melon and minty notes...Also featuring Aussie and NZ hops in a straightforward Pilsner and White Wheat Malt and flaked oats mash with the added complete game changer of Brett......Drinking it now.....So effing (uck) good!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
