Notes: Scaled-down version of Mall's Sierra Nevada Pale Ale recipe for my Brewzilla.
Substituted malts for ones I could find from my local supplier in
Australia. They're a touch darker (was 1.8L and 60L).

Reduced the sparge level for brewhouse efficiency reasons, and also because the grains weren't submerged in my brewbag at the initial 14.6L. |
