Notes: 1. In 2-3 litres of water, boil goldings, crushed coriander seeds, cumin and dried orange/mandarine rind.
2. At the 5 minute mark, add the malt.
3. At the 10 minute mark, add the Fuggles hops.
4. At the 15 minute mark, remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Blend oats with water and strain. Simmer for a few minutes to sterilise and add to the fermenter.
6. Top up fermenter with cold water
7. Take your SG reading.
8. Add the yeast. Ideal pitch temp is 18-22 degrees |

Notes: "The mesopelagic (Greek μέσον, middle) (also known as the middle pelagic or twilight zone) is that part of the pelagic zone that extends from a depth of 200 to 1000 metres (~660 to 3300 feet)[1] below the ocean surface. It lies between the photic epipelagic above and the aphotic bathypelagic below, where there is no light at all."
Sacch rest at 152F for 60 min. Stir in the rice huls prior to washing/sparging; the rice hulls will provide additional structure for the bed that you need to get the goodness washed into the kettle. Boil. Kill the flame, add the 0 mon hops, swirl cover and let sit for a 60 min hop stand. Aerate, pitch and set to 68F for 12 to 17 days. Cold crash for 2 days to 37F and then bring back to 68F for dry hopping. 3 day dry hop. Bottle and condition for 21 days at 68F. |

Mash at 153F. 90 minute boil. 0 Minute boil hops get added at flameout and stand for 45 min covered. Pitch and ferment at 62F. Raise to 68F when fermentarion slows. Cold crash to 38F when fermentation is complete. Rack or push to CO2 purged dry hop vessel, bring back to room temp and add final dry hops for 3 days. (You could also split the final dry hop and add second half on day 2 for a 4 day dry hop) Rack to CO2 purged keg and force carb at 40F. Serve at 9psi and 44F.
