| Notes: Nice creamy mouthfeel and a good amount of sweetness. Make sure pineapple is ripe to get the flavor to not be super acidic. Nice balance of pineapple and coconut in this one. Served at a BBQ 5 days after kegging and the whole keg was finished in that day. |

| Notes: Mash the grains at 148°F (64°C) for 60 minutes. Sparge at 168°F (75°C), bring to a boil, and boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule. Whirlpool and cool to 68°F (20°C) rapidly. Maintain fermentation temperature at 68°F (20°C). Once primary fermentation and diacetyl rest are complete, drop the temperature to 60°F (15°C) and dry hop for 7 days. Don’t use a filter or finings; the beer should finish with a medium haze but shouldn’t be murky. Carbonate to 2.5 vols of CO2. |

Didnt took the rices hulls/water ratio in consideration on brew day.
Now this is fixed.
Pump block 3 times, grain basket had a leak at the bottom. (ended up boiling longer).
Fly Sparge during the boil with 65C water. I should have fly sparge with 75C water. Fixed in the recipe.
Fermentation: 18-23C
Yest characteristic: low as 18 with no issues. Predominant banana at 24 degrees, heavy clove at 27 and up. |
