Notes: Reserve half the lactose for the secondary and add to taste after coffee (carb a bottle to test)
Add the whole coffee beans to the secondary in a bag and sample daily and remove when coffee is sufficient.
Coffee roast profile can change the flavour significantly. So experiment :) |

Notes: Session IPA Single Hop - um único tipo de lúpulo (Mosaic)
Session IPA é uma leitura mais leve da India Pale Ale, com ainda mais drinkability (menor corpo e teor alcoólico que o usual).
Cor: acobreada, pequena turbidez, média formação de espuma e retenção.
Aroma: bastante frutada, maracujá, manga madura
Sabor: lúpulado mas com amargor bastante macio. Discreta presença de malte
Recomendações:
- armazenar a garrafa em pé na geladeira
- consumir o quanto antes para aproveitar ao máximo os aromas do lúpulo
- temperatura de serviço: 4º ~ 6º
- copo: IPA Glass, tulipa (vide imagem abaixo)

Notes: 1. Peel and dice pumpkin, squash and sweet potato; drizzle with maple syrup; and roast in oven for 1 hr. at 350F.
2. Start fermentation at 66°F and ramp 2°F per day until 80°F. Let sit for 2-3 weeks then bottle.
3. Optionally, create a tincture of ginger and pumpkin pie spice using vodka or another neutral spirit and add at bottling time.
