Notes: This came out larger than expected, hence the strength being under 5%
The quantities are a bit odd because this was 2/3 of a larger batch, which was then split post-boil to become two separate beers.
The dry hopping has been done in two stages. Stage 1 was at fermentation temperature, Stage 2 just before cold crash started.
Outcome - a deliciously drinkable NEIPA, possibly not quite as good as 'Nipper' my previous attempt. Hop schedule overcomplex and probabaly unnecessary. |
