+ 3.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 7
8. Cool to ~40F on day 9-11
9. Move to secondary for 7 days (Dry Hop in bag on day 2)

Had to replace 5.5 pounds of the Weyermann pale ale malt with Colorado Malting Co's pale ale. The Weyermann is darker - about 3.3L compared to about 2.5L for the Colorado malt. |
