| Notes: actually hit a gravity of 1.064 with roughly 11 gallons of volume. Pitched half onto the cab barrel and the other with a blend of 550/568 WLP; hopefully it won't be infected. Everything is at ambient temp including the barrel that is out in the back porch/laundry room. |
