Cherry flavor comes out more with time. Very nice at 5 months after kegging. Used yeast cake from previous beer. Started 11/11 Added cherry to secondary 12/18 Added nibs 1/12 Kegged 1/30 Roasty, yet very chocolatey. Cherry flavor underlies, stronger with time. Very delicious sipper! May adjust to reduce roasty flavor and increase sweetness.
