Notes: Amount of spice decreased from 5g to 3g as there was a bitterness from the orange that was too obvious. Might consider increasing again if the bitterness mellows with bottle conditioning.
White Labs note that the beer might be sweet with this yeast and a different yeast can be pitched after 75% fermentation. My experience differs however, the last batch had an apparent attenuation of 86%. |

Notes: Fermentation beginning at 19c, raised to 22c over 3 days post high krausen and held for 2 days before dropping to 20c.
Added the mango flavour at day 3 (after high Krausen)
Dry hop charge added with 5 days go.
General note: Lactose will skew your gravity reading by at least 0.005 and the Amoretti syrup will also add some gravity so it’s hard to estimate final ABV % . Most likely 6.0-6.5% |

Notes: This is the best beer Ive brewed to date. I am very happy with it. Love the malt, the hops are completely expressive. It is not a very bitter IPA, but the hop flavor and aroma are magnificent.

Notes: This Brew uses a reverse hop method it really screws with calculators and they wont give you a an accurate reading of bitterness but the beer turns out great. At the end of the boil add your Aroma hops and whirlpool. Let your kettle settle for about 15 min before cooling. When your fermentation starts to slow crush your dry hops to a powder and stir in. This is a great tasting beer I give it a 3 out of 4 stars and the girls can't seem to get enough of it. |

Notes: This had a short fermentation but finished out fine. One week in primary and one week in secondary. Great color, could go a little heavier on the hops. Over all great tasting beer, more like a stout lite than brown ale. I'll brew this again for sure. |
