Decided to only do a 30 min total boil due to not wanting too high of gravity. Also noted LOTS of grain in the boil. Have concerns of astringency now due to this. 1.073 post boil (SG) over target = 64% Efficiency Had a PH of 5.25 during mash PH of 5.4 after boil into cube for no chill.
