• 0.25 lbs Weyermann Carafoam
Hops:
• 0.5 oz Azacca at Flameout/Whirlpool
• 0.5 oz Chinook at Flameout/Whirlpool
• 0.75 oz Simcoe at Flameout/Whirlpool
• 1.5 oz Azacca as a Dry Hop for 5 days
• 1.5 oz Chinook as a Dry Hop for 5 Days
• 1.25 oz Simcoe as a Dry Hop for 5 Days
• 1 tablet of Whirloc at 15 mins

Estimated ABV: 6.5% • Estimated OG: 1.066 • Estimated FG: 1.016
Directions:
Add 5 gallons of water and mash at 153°F for 60 minutes. While mashing, add 4 gallons of water to your hot liquor tank and bring to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash grain using either a batch or flyy sparge, however your system is set up. You should end with around 7.25 gallons
of wort in your kettle. Boil for 90 minutes, following listed hop additions, and if using an immersion chiller, don't forget to put it in your
boil with 15 minutes left for sterilization, right after you add your chosen clarier. You should transfer 5.5 gallons of cooled wort into your
fermentor to account for fermentation losses, so don't forget to calculate your system losses and boil o volume into the given volumes.
Ferment for 14 days. Crash chill for 24 hours on day 14, then add 4 oz of Dextrose to bottling bucket and bottle, or rack to your keg, force
carbonate and enjoy!

21B - Specialty IPA: New England IPA
For this beer kit we teamed up with Odell Brewing Company to make one of our favorite beers that they produce, New Dawn Hazy IPA.
This beer is hazy and juicy, with absolutely no bittering hops and BIG whirlpool and dry hop additions of Chinook, Azacca and Simcoe,
creating a dank haze that will make your tongue tingle! This clone recipe comes straight from the brewmaster at Odell Brewing Company,
and is guaranteed to be a house favorite!

Notes: Proof yeast minimum 2 hours prior to pitching. Proofing should be done in one and a half cups reserved and chilled wort.
Proof yeast at 72 - 74 degrees. Once proofed, pitch into 68 degree wort.
When gravity drops to 1.014, rack to secondary to finish for minimum 7 days. Can be kegged or bottle conditioned.
NOTE: This recipe is for SIX GALLON BATCH! If scaling down to 5 gallon, cut Perle hops to 2.5 oz, and Saaz to 2 oz.
