Notes: Luke warm water, blend honey til liquid.
Add sugar into mix, or put in in fermenting bottle after.
Put into fermenting bottle (25L)
Add liquid yeast and some nutrient,
Ferment 3-6 days, Add 1.5kg forest berries and 300ml citrus juice. + zest.
Let it work til its done fermenting.
Tap over slow and nicely to new bottle, recommended 2-3 times for less yeast in the bottle.
5g sugar in each bottle ( 0.7L).
For extra sweet taste, warm up honey til liquid, and put a cap in each bottle. |
