Notes

Luke warm water, blend honey til liquid.
Add sugar into mix, or put in in fermenting bottle after.

Put into fermenting bottle (25L)

Add liquid yeast and some nutrient,
Ferment 3-6 days, Add 1.5kg forest berries and 300ml citrus juice. + zest.

Let it work til its done fermenting.

Tap over slow and nicely to new bottle, recommended 2-3 times for less yeast in the bottle.

5g sugar in each bottle ( 0.7L).
For extra sweet taste, warm up honey til liquid, and put a cap in each bottle.
