Notes: I've spent too long thinking about my water chemistry lately. Where's the fun? So... the antithesis to all brews that precede: "water taken straight from a mountain stream". How bad can it be?
The malts and hops are chosen just to use up what I have left over.
This has been fun!
Update: 46 days later....
"Neurum Creek Whimsical" is a really nice lager-beer. It has a lovely rich amber colour, is as crystal clear as the water that made it, has a well balanced malty taste and subtle hop aroma. No perception of bitterness. Very fresh... very drinkable.
All that said, Julie still won't drink it for fear of there being a dead sheep upstream... |

| Notes: Add 6oz of whole bean coffee after secondary and before bottling/kegging. Pour beans directly into coffee and allow to soak for 24 to 36 hours. 6oz will give a nice coffee nose and flavor without hiding the beer, adjust accordingly. |

Nas provas que fiz com 2 e 4 dias de fermentação o aroma de lúpulo já começa a querer aparecer, acredito que com o DH este aroma vai ficar bem mais pronunciado (assim espero)

Sensacional, muito gosto de fruta e aroma médio (queria mais forte). Lembrando frutas tropicais/de caroço.
Amargor presente mas não desagradável, os 78IBUs cairam bem.
01/08 Prova
Parece que o aroma deu uma leve diminuída, cerca de 10%. Achei que perderia mais aroma. Até então fiquei satisfeito.
Turbidez perdeu um pouco, mas ainda está hazy
