Notes: Great brew.
The helmeted friarbird is a very common bird at Taylor's Beach
Version 2
Adjusted CaSO4 addition from 5g to 3.5g to increase Sulphide to Chloride ratio to increase bitterness.
Also added a 15 min Glycoprotein rest in mash to improve head.
This is a wonderful beer with high clarity. |
