Notes

Nos primeiros 3 dias estava com GOSTO muito intenso de lúpulo.
DELICIOSO.
Lembrava fruta de caroço.

Depois disso a cerveja oxidou muito rápido, diminuindo muito o gosto.

AROMA ficou muito discreto e conforme oxidou foi diminuindo mais ainda.

Apesar da cerveja permanecer muito saborosa, oxidou.

Aroma sutil demais para proposta da cerveja.

Aparência, de 0 a 3 = 1.5
Apesar de ficar HAZY como eu queria, poderia ficar um pouco mais clara e mais vibrante - talvez a oxidação influenciou nisso

Sabor, de 0 a 20 = 16
Antes da oxidação aparecer, estava uma cerveja espetacular, super refrescante. talvez DIMINUIR a carbonatação.

Sensação na boca, de 0 a 5 = 4
Macia, sedosa, imensamente saborosa.

Impressão geral, de 0 a 10 = 6.5
