Slurrey contained Pacific Slow Fermenting Dry yeast. Citra Dry Hopped. OG 1058 78.48% efficiency. Brew at 24 Degrees 18PSI. 51L at 1058 OG FG 1011 6.2% 78% efficiency 09/08/2023 Dark ale. Slightly too bitter. Strong flavour. Is mellowing. I am pleased with this and would repeat it. Next beer will be all late hop additions and for a fruity IPA type ale (Cornish IPA 44)
