                | Notes: Add 3 lbs Light DME to 6.5 gallons of water.  Bring liquid to boil. Add 0.5oz Target hops(bitterness) for 60 minutes.
 Add whirlfloc tablet for 20 minutes
 Add 3 lbs Light DME and 0.25oz Willamette hops(aroma) for last 15 minutes.
 Bring to 70 degrees and transfer to primary fermenter.
 Add one packatet of WYeast 1056 American Ale.
