Notes: Ferment at a low temp for more time than usual, rock slowly once in a while to stir up the yeast. Once fermented leave some more time to clarify.
This beer is going to be heated before bottling to make it alcohol free (79C for 30mins, cool and add priming sugar and some yeast to carb) so my S.O. can drink something while we wait for our little bean to be born |
